All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. However, we will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective, then your order is eligible for a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. If you choose a refund, then you should receive it back in the form of your original payment within 7 business days. All exchanges will be processed & shipped out within 3-10 business days, depending on the printing companies workload. We understand that things happen & mistakes are made, so we will stand behind our process and we are here for every customer.

We apologize for the mistake and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at email@example.com to notify us… Please include your order number, name, and the email used on the order. Also, make sure you specify the original product ordered, as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the problem area. Example Being: Showing the defect, the wrong size, or wrong product that you received.

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to be delivered, you will be notified & refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processing has started.
